Development sales centres set to re-open
Whilst the majority of the country prepares for the tighter restrictions which come in to force today, we thought it important to let you know that at present we do not anticipate any disruption to our service or changes to completion dates over the coming weeks.
We will be following Government guidelines which allow the housing market to continue to operate regardless of what Tier the development site is in. All our Sales Centres will re-open at 10am on Saturday 2 January 2021.
Please note that an appointment must be made in advance of travelling to any of our development sites and that our health and safety policies to protect both our customers and team will be adhered to:
- Visits to site by appointment only
- Both visitors and staff must wear face coverings
- Touch points sanitised after each customer visit
- Social distancing must be practiced at all times
UPDATE: 4 JANUARY 2021
In line with the new ‘National lockdown: Stay at Home‘ nationwide restrictions announced 4 January 2021 we will be operating as outlined as above, with especially tight COVID protocols to be observed by all parties at all times.
With particular reference to moving home the Governments latest advice is clear (main link to PDF):
Moving home
You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.
Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.
Follow the national guidance on moving home safely (link), which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering (link).
