A Year of Sharing Keys to Open New Doors

As we begin another year, here at Strongvox we’re reflecting on the demand 2021 created on the housing market, with buyers speedily making decisions and reserving their new homes within days, sometimes hours, of new plots being released. 

As we worked hard to overcome industry hurdles such as increasing material costs and material delivery times, to ensure houses were built to schedule, it was our hard-working team here that our new home owners were able to move in to their dream homes.

We’re delighted that 90% of our customers have shared that they would highly recommend Strongvox Homes to others or buy from us again.

With so much demand, many homes on our sites across Somerset and Devon are now forward sold, with most scheduled to be built by mid-late 2022. Our build team and contractors really do have a busy year ahead!

As we welcome in the New Year, we look forward to sharing more about locations for our new homes coming in 2022 and 2023, reaching across the South West, from Bristol & Bath, all the way to the sea-swept sand-dunes of South Devon…
