With so much interest around our new homes at Indio Fields, we thought it would be a good idea to put a face to a name and meet our on-site expert, Charlotte! Having worked in the industry for 5 years, Charlotte, born and bred in Devon, combines her passion for property with people – seeking to match buyers with their perfect new home.
Set in Bovey Tracey – a sought-after town on the eastern edge of Dartmoor National Park – our latest development of fifteen 4-bedroom homes is set within the grounds of a private listed mansion. Q) What do you love most about Indio Fields and its location on the edge of Dartmoor National Park?
A) Indio Fields is a hidden gem that truly reveals its beauty upon visiting. Nestled behind a private gated community and surrounded by age-old trees and countryside, it creates a truly enchanting living environment. I’m confident that those who choose to make this area their home will fall in love with the location and the close-knit community it offers.
Q) The Meadowbrook Show Home is proving to be very popular with visitors – what’s your favourite aspect of this 4-bed furnished property?
A) As always, our interior design experts at Andrew Henry Interiors have done an amazing job of bringing a new build home to life. I love being able to show guests around and by seeing the space furnished with fabulous décor, it really helps them to envisage what living in a new home at Indio Fields could be like for them. Our homes are blank canvases, but it’s always nice to be inspired!
Q) What’s your favourite thing about Devon?
A) Without a doubt, it’s the sea. Devon offers easy access to the coast from almost anywhere, and with some of the UK’s most picturesque villages, towns, and countryside close by, it’s an ideal place to call home.
Q) Why would you recommend Bovey Tracey as a place to live? What’s there to see and do?
A) Surrounded by breathtaking countryside and stunning views, yet conveniently close to the vibrant energy of Exeter, Plymouth, Paignton, and the coastal wonders.
