A) Topsham’s a quaint, historic, nautical town – it has this timeless charm about it, plus a bustling atmosphere with cozy pubs, charming cafes and lovely independent shops only a 10-15 minute walk or cycle ride. With it’s own train station, plus being so close to Exeter with easy access to the M5, Topsham makes exploring the South West an absolute breeze, it really does. Exeter International Airport is only a short drive away too.

A) Topsham was voted the best place to live in the South West in 2019 and the desirable and historic fishing town of Topsham really does live up to its award. There is beautiful surrounding countryside and coastline, clubs, leisure facilities, shops, church, schools, supermarket and library to list just a few. Excellent cycle, road, rail, river and air transport links makes it excellent base for all age ranges and interests. Not only that, Topsham has Exeter just a short trip away with a gothic Cathedral, vibrant centre and Quayside boasting an interesting mix of architecture, history, leisure, bars, restaurants, cafes and retail centres including independents.
