Meet Sue

Sue moved to North Devon at the tender age of eight, when her parents sought a better quality of life for their family. This long-standing connection to the area gives her a unique perspective and deep knowledge of the community she serves. She is no stranger to the property industry, and has had a varied career in both commercial and residential Estate Agencies, Sue has worn many hats, from administrator to sales negotiator.

For Sue, the joy of working at Chivenor Cross comes from her love of interacting with people. “I thrive on building relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them to find their next home.”

Q) What’s your favourite part about the Chivenor Show Home?

A) Visitors to our Show Home often find themselves captivated by the generous size of the studies available in some of our four-bedroom homes. The light, airy feel and the seamless flow of the properties also receive a lot of admiration, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere.

A) My recommendation for Braunton as a place to live is simple yet compelling: it’s close to the stunning Devon beaches. This proximity to natural beauty offers residents a perfect blend of serene coastal living and vibrant community life.

Q) Do you have a favourite House Type?

A) Yes! It has to be The Camden. It’s design and features perfectly align with my vision of an ideal home.

Meet Harrison

Harrison is new to our sector, having joined us at Chivenor Cross just a month ago. Despite being a newcomer, his enthusiasm, fresh perspective and local upbringing make him the perfect person to speak to about living in Braunton.

A) You can’t not fall in love with this area! Ideally situated to access numerous beaches across North Devon, the village of Braunton makes a fantastic spot for those who enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

 

Q) Do you have a favourite House Type?

A) I have a couple of favourites when it comes to house designs at Chivenor Cross. I really like the layout of the Knowle (the Chivenor Cross Show Home – take a virtual tour here), it works really well, but I also think that The Newcourt should have a special mention as it boasts generous sized bedrooms – making it the perfect 4-bedroom family home.
